Oswald Chambers
Oswald Chambers was born in Scotland. His teaching ministry led him to the United States, Japan, and finally a Bible College in England. After his death his wife collected her notes on his talks and published them. One of these works is My Utmost for His Highest. This is a well known and still widely used devotional.
